INITIAL GROWTH ASSESSMENT
The goal of the Growth Assessment module is identifying and quantifying the value proposition by creating a detailed business plan outlining go-to-market steps, with key milestones + KPIs + timeline + capital requirements for fast, multi-channel revenue growth and a clear path to profitability. EPIC leverages extensive industry knowledge of performance requirements, across vendors, retail partners, investors, researchers and brands, to deliver immediately actionable (stage and goal appropriate) next steps, from product development, through organizational structure, sales and capitalization.
This stage is purely fee-based, a sprint designed to unlock immediate actions leading to EPIC growth. Initial Growth assessments are ideal for startups; organizations seeking to pivot or launch new verticals, OR, a precise guide for scientists / KOL’s, or investors to understand the true costs and potential of developing their assets.
OPERATING PARTNERSHIP
EPIC teams provide daily operational, supply chain execution, and oversight to EPIC partners. This entails EPIC fulfilling a variety of roles as required by each unique business and typically spans the complete organizational chart, from acting CEO / COO, through senior / junior supply chain and management roles, where EPIC manages all day-to-day aspects of the business to deliver on-time, on-cost-target and exceptional innovation capturing execution. In essence, Epic becomes the de-facto out-sourced in-house team until they can efficiently be replaced by the brand's own hires.
This typically occurs over 6-18 month timeline.In this partnership, EPIC leverages over 1100 vendor partnerships, Oracle/NetSuite ERP partner access and best in class execution. EPIC launch cycles are typically 3-9 months. Our partnerships are generally able to execute 3x faster than stand-alone launches, and more importantly, are more innovative, profitable and accelerative to core businesses [50+ industry awards and counting]. This phase is both retainer + success based.

We bring access to significant incremental sales in the US, Europe, Australia, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Our sales strategies are both ambitious and informed. EPIC understands the capital requirements for both new and existing brands to succeed, which is why we focus on building brands with multichannel profit centers, not just growth for growth's sake. Working with EPIC will significantly accelerate initial revenue growth, during which time we work with our brands to help them build out their organizational charts and hire for all growth roles ASAP (Typically within the first 3-6 months). This phase is both retainer + success based.
